The usefulness of biometric software is increasing now that the quality of the software is better. More and more call centers now ask you to speak rather than to type your choices when you are calling in to a company, and they are getting it right more often. I usually don’t have to repeat myself too often anymore. Maybe soon they will have software that will make it so you really can just speak to your computer and have what you are saying appear on the screen. That would be nice as my hands get sore when I type a lot.
