No one who meets me for the first time realizes that I used to be forty five pounds overweight. Yet, it is true. I struggled with my diet and exercise. I often would come home from work and trail off to the couch. I had little energy and direction. Then I purchased the half-marathon training program and that changed everything. I started eating right and working out. My goal was to get into a better health, the benefits of that are tremendous. I love how I have lost the weight and built this incredible body; I am glad that I did this for me.
