So I went on a date last week with a girl I met at Bjj caringbah health club. It was not like your normal dates were you go the movies or go to dinner. Instead we went to a wrestling class that they run down at the lake. So we turn up to this session and I am matched with my date. We started the training by trying to throw each other onto the ground, well didn’t I get a shock when my date who must weight only sixty kilos tossed me over her shoulder three times in a row. I think its time I really worked on my strength and fitness.
