If you are looking for a way to distinguish you schools cheerleading squad, sports teams, band, etc. then you should consider using custom socks with their logo, motto, etc. on them. That is what my daughters cheerleading squad did. They purchased about a dozen custom socks each. They were each a different pattern with the schools colors (blue and gold) and then they had them embroidered with different prints like megaphones and pom poms or the school mascot. They were really cute and they wear them by plan, in other words they actually have a schedule for what socks to wear on which day.
