When I was put in charge of our manufacturing training seminar, saying that I was nervous was putting it mildly. The audience would consist of quality engineers, upper management and manufacturing so I needed to know my stuff and I needed to make sure that any materials I used met our requirements as well. I did my research and found a website that offered video and DVD delivery of different courses, which would be able to compliment my material. At the end of the lecture, i was approached by several of the audience members telling me that they were impressed with my material.
