I am currently going to school to become a chef, and my family is always teasing me that I never make anything for our family functions. This year I wanted to try something new, so for my sisters birthday dinner I said that I would bring an appetizer. I had found out where I could get Stone Crab, and I had a great recipe for an appetizer that I wanted to make. I prepared and served it, and everyone was in awe about the delicious taste. I had to laugh when they told me that now they can finally see why I will become a great chef.
