On Saturday morning I drove up to Victorville to attend a public storage auction. My friend Benjamin has been doing this for many years and decided to try it myself. After about two hours of bidding on different storage units I finally won a bid. I ended winning the contents of a 5×10 storage unit. Inside was a lot of computer equipment, survey markers, and six candy vending machines. Considering the winning bid was only $414 I feel as though I had made out pretty good. At that point I knew that in the future I would be attending more auctions of this type.
