My father has just recently retired and he has this hankering for a change in environment. He wanted to invest his money on a property where he and Mom can spend most of the time basking on the warm sun. I opposed it at first but then I remembered that it is what they want and it is their hard earned money anyway. They told me that they were looking into a Spanish property for sale which is located near the beach. That was last year. Now, I am here with them in Spain for the holiday. Wise investment indeed.
