When we built our house after we were married, we thought it would have enough room to grow into. We planned on having two kids. Then we had a set of twin girls and directly after that a boy, and then a couple of years down the road another boy. Then my parents moved in, and we started off with raising a nephew. The house was too small. When we built it I found some antique heart pine flooring and I knew the moment I saw it I needed that flooring. Our real estate agent flipped when she saw the floors.
