No one likes to receive damaged goods — and merchants don’t like you to receive them. Perhaps you have recently ordered some Christian gifts, only to discover once you have received them that they were damaged in transit. If you discover that your shipment is damaged, the first thing to do is contact the merchant right away and inform them. If it is necessary for you to contact the shipper, they will let you know. If you need to do this, you should not delay at all. In some cases the merchant may send you a new item, and also enclose a shipping label which you will use to repack the damaged item and send it back to them.
