I did some extensive research before buying my Zojirushi bread maker. More than one Zojirushi BBCCX20 review I read was extremely positive. There was one however that complained about the beeping sound when it was time to add the fruit or nuts to the bread. I guess if you’re going to set up the bread machine next to your bed at night, then it will bother you! I use it almost every other day. I’ve tried some of my favorite recipes and programmed them into the memory and they always turn out out perfectly. I really love the fact that the loaves come out in a traditional shape.
