The other day I came to the conclusion that I’m overweight and I needed to do something about it. I’m not even sure how I became overweight. I have always eaten average portions of food. I exercise three times a week. I do what I thought was necessary to keep my weight down. Its one of those things that just happened. I’ve never been on a diet so I asked a neighbor of mine what kind of Weight Loss Diet he would choose. I asked this guy because he has been into the whole fitness thing for as long as I can remember. I thought he might have some ideas.
