I have a friend who has recently started having panic attacks. She is not really sure why, so she gets embarrassed whenever she suffers from an attack. Is there anywhere we can go to find out more about the panic attacks causes? Maybe if we can figure out what is bringing on the attacks we will be able to do something about it, even if it is just to try to avoid the situations that bring on her attacks. This might not always be possible, but hopefully for those times when it is not we can find some way to minimize the chances of an attack happening.
