Everyone who is looking to lose weight for whatever reason it be for medical reasons   will need to make a plan so that the problem that their excess weight problem is causing can be overcome.

Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and avoid fatty foods is a must. Try to gradually reduce the amount of calories that are consumed daily and then add an exercise program into the plan.

A combination of slowly reducing the amount of calories taken in together with a steadily increasing exercise plan will result in  a slow weight loss.

The main weight loss tips therefore are to eat a healthy well balanced diet while starting some form of exercise and drinking plenty of fluids especially water. Keep a note of the amount of food eaten on a daily basis and try to reduce this slowly.
