One of my favorite ways to strengthen my core is through free weights.  Many of my peers in the weight lifting community are opposed to this method because it can be hard on the body.  The key to proper muscle development is in the right form.  Without it, it is likely that you will build muscle the wrong way.  The benefits of proper technique are many, and that is why I have been using this workout method for over fifteen years.  Try it for yourself and I promise that you will get the same results that I have been getting with this program.
