I’m having trouble losing fat off of my body.  I am about 34 pounds over weight (according to various weight charts).  I have tried almost everything to lose the weight, but it just isn’t working.  I’ve tried countless diets, including the Atkins diet and many other.  I’ve also been exercising regularly for the last few month, but I have not lost any weight at all.

I have had success losing weight in the past, but back then I had less commitments and much more time to focus on training than I do now.  This may ultimately be the one thing that is holding me back from reaching my weight loss goals now.
