The best diet plan for me is that diet plan which fulfills my daily body requirement and maintaining good health. I am 55 years old and I am not doing physical work. My body weight is 70 kg and height is 6.5”. Considering these facts diet plan for me should be prepared. At this stage diet plan, low carbohydrate, low fat, low protein and adequate vegetables will be preferred in my diet plan because I need low calorie and low protein food. The diet plan should be prepared including breakfast, lunch and dinner. There should be provision for only vegetables in lunch or dinner.
