Three months ago I started a strict diet and today I don’t know if I want to continue with it. I mean I have been eating less junk foods, avoiding to eat high fiber breads and I workout at least three times a day. However, in order to keep up with all these things, I have been doing a great amount of effort. It is really hard for me to actually diet and attend the gym so many times a week. I am very proud of myself though for being able to do all these things.

I guess I just need to keep going forward and not stop now.
