Sometimes I get into a rut with my exercise routine so I go to my friends for help changing it up. My friends all have their own ab exercises which they like best, so by combining our workouts we end up with the best ab exercise. Usually we do some running to get our heart rate up and burn fat. Then we do a combination of crunches and bicycle crunches to get all over tone on our midsections. We usually finish with some yoga and stretching to stay limber and keep our bodies flexible. It ends up being a great workout.
