Just a week ago I started eating healthier. I am like 15 pounds overweight and I want to lose that weight. The part where the extra pounds are more noticeable is my belly. Every time I seat down, I can see my big belly. Even my friends have noticed that I have gained a couple of pounds.

So tomorrow I told one of my friends that I am going with him to the gym. He told me that he will teach me how to do core exercises for abs. I am very excited about exercising because I want to have a flat stomach.
