I wonder if frequent headaches are your body’s way of telling you to slow down and stop worrying so much. I honestly think the answer is “yes” because when I used to experience these types of headaches, it was mostly because I was stressed out and I didn’t know how to handle the stress. Once I was able to handle the stress in my life, my headaches diminished. Now, I do still experience flare up when I have eaten an allergen like milk or when I don’t get enough rest but alleviating stress was the key to saying goodbye to my frequent headaches.
