I am going to be going on maternity leave in about a month and I need somebody to take over my job on a temporary basis as the floor manager of our store. There are several people that work already in our business, but none of them are qualified to be the floor manager. So I asked my assistant to get online and search for a job board that offers free job posting. She posted the job, and when I came back the next morning. I saw that we already had resumes waiting for us in our inbox. It really makes me feel better knowing that somebody will be there to take over my job.
