For ten years I have worked and saved in order to make a down payment on my own house. I have rented all this time and cannot wait to become a home owner. My friends warn me about all the pitfalls of home ownership, but they can’t scare me out of buying a home. Ever since I was young, I have dreamed of owning one of the beautiful Daytona Beach Homes with a breath taking view of the ocean. Now my dream is one more step closer to reality. Tomorrow I have an appointment with a Daytona Beach Realtor who has three listings to show me. Certainly there has to be one of the three that I can afford and meets my requirements. Tomorrow might be the day I find my dream house.
