My friend Paul moved to this country eight years ago from Israel and almost immediately got into selling real estate after getting his real estate license. One thing that he really knows about is the commercial real estate market and he does well at it. This past Tuesday morning Paul and I drove out to Fontana to look at some properties. While driving out there Paul told me about the car he had rented through a Car hire Germany company two weeks before while taking a vacation.
