Learning how to do magic tricks is only a portion of the entire job. It just covers 30% while 35% percent goes to practice, while the remaining 35% percent has to do with acting. A Good magician works harder to perfect their craft for fear of their secrets being revealed if things goes wrong. If you want to avoid unwittingly revealing your audience the trick behind your tricks, practice is a great help to gain more confidence. Acting, or knowing how to misdirect your audience with right facial expressions and body language, helps design an air of mystery in any performance.
